On July 4, 1988, Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn. Bhd. ("PMP"), was incorporated in Malaysia. It is our sole business to conduct and manage the Numbers Forecast Totalisator business under the provision of the Racing (Totalisator Board) Act, 1961.

By August 9 2011, Jana Pendidikan Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("JPM") acquired every shareholding in PMP. After the acquisition, all of PMP's net dividends that JPM receives goes to The Community Chest ("TCC"). This structure transformed the PMP from a for-profit establishment to a social business that benefited the Malaysian community through TCC.

Damacai Focuses on Education

TCC, which is funded principally by PMP's profits, develops, advances and establishes diverse school and learning institutions that are not-for-profit and without adequate funding or aid from the community or government. Damacai do not make cash donations directly to these schools. Still, instead, Damacai’s volunteers work side-by-side with the school contractors and officials to restore, repair or build their physical facilities in need of urgent attention to benefit the school children.

Damacai began in 2011 and have worked tirelessly with Tamil and Chinese vernacular schools and missionary schools nationwide from East to West Malaysia. Damacai’s volunteers have been contributors to replacing broken roofs, tiles, solving termite problems, repairing toilets and rebuilding old buildings to make them safe and sound for the school children. Damacai have also been instrumental in building diverse school amenities such as science labs, libraries, resource centres, multi-purpose halls and covered walkways.

How to Play Damacai 1+3D Game

To play a 1+3D game, select your lucky or favourite four-digit numbers from 0000 to 9999. Next, choose your bet type; "A" (Small), "ABC" (Big) or both.

• "A" (Small) has only three winning numbers; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Prize, but they are greater winning prizes.
• "ABC" (Big) offers over 23 winning numbers; 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize, 10 Starter, and 10 Consolation Prizes.

Finally, select your bet amount for each number chosen. You have a minimum of RM1 to bet for each 1+3D number.

Lucky Pick

Lucky Pick is an excellent choice when you don't have a favourite number. Here, our system randomly selects the Lucky Pick numbers, and your numbers will have the LP symbol beside them. Box Bet

BOX Bet brings you the opportunity to all permutations from your favourite four-digit number. For instance, if you want to BOX Bet on 1991, you have six permutations, 1199, 9911, 1991, 9119, 9911 and 9191. You have a minimum bet amount of RM6 for a six-permutation four-digit number. Your permutations might be lower or higher depending on your four-digit number and are grouped as follows:

Roll Bet

With Roll Bet, you can roll any digit of your four-digit number. For instance, if you roll the front digit or R932 (R stands for Roll). This generates 10-four-digit numbers including 0932, 1932, 2932, 3932, 4932, 5932, 6932, 7932, 8932, 9932. You can also decide to roll the last, third and second digit of your four-digit number. You have a minimum RM10 for a Roll Bet with over 10 separate four-digit numbers generated (maximum roll up to 2 digit numbers).

iBOX

With iBOX, you can bet on all permutations of your favourite four-digit number using just RM1 as the minimum Bet. This is an inexpensive way to double your chances of winning 1+3D numbers. For instance, playing 1991 on IBOX covers all six permutations, including 1991, 9119, 1199, 9911 1919, 9191 and will be indicated as 1991 IB6.

About DaMaCai Draw

Da Ma Cai has three standard draws a week on Wednesday, Sunday and Saturday at 7.00 pm. Occasionally, the company receives approval from the Ministry of Finance (MOF) to carry out Special Draws, popularly held on Tuesday at 7.00 pm.

Our company determines the location for each draw, and we regularly use the following sites:

1. Selangor Turf Club, Selangor.
2. Off-Course Centres.
3. Pulau Pinang.
4. Penang Turf Club,
5. Perak Turf Club, Perak.

Our Company officials, alongside guest officials, external auditors and public witnesses, conduct the Da Ma Cai draws together. Our draws are unique in that a designated horse race is the basis of the main winning numbers. Before the draws, we designate the horse race, and the external auditors certify the move, and subsequently, the public is made aware of this selection. The designated horse race determines the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for the Damacai draw.

We use eight transparent electromechanical drums, including one Horse Drum, six Numbers Drums and one Bonus Drum, to conduct the draws. On the Horse Drum, you find the mark 'H', and there will be a select number of balls in line with the number of horses in the designated race. Each ball bears a number from 1 to 13. The Numbers Drums bear the marks of "1", "2", "3", "4", "5", "6" respectively. Each will contain ten balls labelled each from "0" to "9".

The winning numbers of the respective Da Ma Cai game will be drawn from the Numbers Drawn simultaneously. |The first ten six-digit numbers pulled out will denote the ten consolation winning numbers. This will be followed by the 13 six-digit numbers drawn from the Numbers Drum in tandem with the Horse Drum to represent the ten starter winning numbers and three principal winning numbers. Hence one six-digit number will be carried by each horse. When a six-digit number is not assigned to a horse, it becomes a starter prize automatically.

The Damacai results of the designated horse race determine the three main winning numbers in that the six-digit number drawn and carried by the winning horse constitutes the 1st Prize. Then the six-digit number drawn and carried by the horse in second place becomes the 2nd Price. Finally, the six-digit number drawn and carried by the horse in third place becomes the 3rd Prize. The starter prizes become the remaining six-digit numbers drawn.

Hence the winning numbers of the 3D Game are the last 3-digits of the three main 6-digits numbers drawn. The winning numbers of the 1+3D Game are the last 4-digits of all 6-digits numbers drawn. The 3D Game and the 1 +3D will determine the 3D Jackpot Game and the 1+3D Jackpot Game, respectively.

Besides the public, Da Ma Cai also uses external auditors to ensure that the entire draw process is transparent and follows all established procedures. We also videotaped the whole proceedings. Auditors review these videotapes from time to time to ensure that Da Ma Cai draws have the highest standards of transparency and integrity with no compromises in security.
